Dakota Fanning to Lose Virginity in 'Very Good Girls'
Dakota Fanning and Elizabeth Olsen are attached to a new drama film, "Very Good Girls". Other stars joining the young actresses are Dustin Hoffman, Peter Sarsgaard and Sissy Spacek.
Variety reports that the movie revolves around two girls, presumably Fanning and Olsen's characters, who decide to lose their virginity through the summer after they graduate from high school. However, problem comes when they both fall in love with the same charismatic artist. Later, they must find a way through lies to discover real love.
Naomi Foner, mother of Jake Gyllenhaal, will provide the script as well as make a directional debut. According to Deadline, Ealing Metro International and Prescience will finance the film, and will shop the forthcoming movie at 2011 Cannes Film Festival.
Fanning came to fame after she appeared in "I Am Sam", taking the role of Sean Penn's daughter. She has been working on "Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn". Olsen, in the meantime, has made a notable appearance at 2011 Sundance Film Festival through her role in "Martha Marcy May Marlene". She will next appear in "Silent House" and "Peace, Love, and Misunderstanding".
